Direct Care

Direct care workers (DCWs) provide hands-on, generally inpatient settings for patients, including older adults, patients with chronic diseases, and others who require regular direct care help.

Case Managers

Caseworkers provide social services to adults, children and families. They work with their clients to connect them with government resources and services. They may work with parents, teachers and others. In schools, they may address behavioral problems, poor attendance or drug use.

Nurses

Nurses provide hands-on, generally a inpatient settings,  in-home, or clinic services for patients; these patients may include older adults, patients with chronic diseases, and others who require regular nursing help.
