Dr. Dana Williams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience. She found her passion for clinical care as the Manager of Student Support Initiatives for The University of Alabama’s Student Care and Well-Being Office. During her time at UA, she also received her Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration. Dr. Williams believes that care should be client-centered and that everyone deserves dignity and respect during the therapeutic process.

Hillary Hardie is a Certified Recovery Support Specialist with a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from The University of Alabama. Her experience in community-based health services has shown her the power of investing in people’s health and well-being in order to elevate the community as a whole.

Yolanda Williams is a native of Tuscaloosa with over ten years of experience working in organizations, communities, and the policy environment. She is a graduate of The University of Alabama and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work. Her focus is to deliver high-quality mental health services, emphasizing compassionate care and effective crisis intervention. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff and has a deep-rooted joy in journeying with individuals as they embark on self-discovery.

Jessica Harrell is our Data and Operations Coordinator. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, focusing on Human Resource Management. Jessica's responsibilities include managing supply orders, overseeing social media activities, and preparing monthly data reports for the state of Alabama. She is deeply passionate about the mental health field and is committed to making a positive impact on her community.

Ramona Burnette is our Administration and Scheduling Coordinator. A native of Tuscaloosa, she joined Hope Pointe in February 2024. With over 30 years of experience in the medical field and more than a decade in management, Ramona brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She believes that prioritizing self-care is key to fostering mental health and overall well-being.

Chuck Sawyer is a registered nurse with a bachelors degree from the University of Alabama, Capstone College of Nursing where he graduated with honors. He has over twenty-five years of experience in behavioral health and has cared for clients in adult, geriatric, and child/adolescent health programs. His approach to client care is based on his belief that all people have value, and all people should have access to quality healthcare especially during times of distress or vulnerability.
